Getting emotional at work
Two thirds of all employees in Germany are just working to rule. 17 % of all employees have mentally resigned from their jobs and whose behavior is in some cases actually damaging to their companies. The smallest group of just 16 % put their heart and soul into their work. These are the latest results of a survey conducted by the consulting group Gallup on employee commitment. Since 2001 this study has been giving insights into how high is the emotional bond between employees and their employers and reflects their commitment and motivation at the workplace – and most importantly what management has to do to increase the emotional bond with employees.br />
FAKTOR 3 has supported the media work for the annual index, created press releases and handled all media aspects of the study. The results from the last 13 years of the survey have now been compiled in a book, where FAKTOR 3 was involved in writing copy and design charts.
