Profile. FAKTOR 3 AG is an owner-managed agency now with a staff of 75. As a communication agency, we specialize in public relations and advertising, as well as sales promotion based on joint ventures. We started in 1995, founded by three young success-oriented entrepreneurs with just one project. Since then, FAKTOR 3 has steadily grown with new customers, new employees and new assignments to become one of Germany's top 25 PR agencies.
Closer to the customer. As an owner-managed agency, were not constrained by the organizational pressures of large networks and are thus closer to our customers. If they raise their standards because the market has become more demanding, we follow suit. We therefore invest in know-how precisely in difficult times and would sooner hire an experienced communication manager than "fill a team from below".
If you think too when handling a project, you can also have a say. Learning about our customers' sectors is the starting point of communication at FAKTOR 3. We regard conceptual focus, expertise and, not least, personal curiosity as keynotes of our daily work. Which is why our customers appreciate us as reliable consultants and critical "sparring partners" with a differentiated strategic approach and a determined hands-on mentality.
Focusing on essentials. A lot can be moved with tight budgets even in fiercely competitive markets. We put across our messages in a direct manner, without frills or superfluous show effects. Thanks to our focusing on the essentials, authenticity and credibility, we achieve more for our customers in the long term.
Creative efficiency. There's no set way forward in the world of communication: every case is different. We regard all means as justified as long as they lead to the optimal solution. The creative disciplines public relations, advertising and cooperative marketing, taken for themselves or in combination with one another, are three factors we have for effectively reaching communication goals.
Dealing with others is a matter of style. We focus on partnership in all our relationships. Were convinced that communication is of value only when it is authentic. There can be no question about the authenticity of our people. They enter into dialogue because they are competent and contribute their personal style. They thus nurture long-term contacts, based on trust. And links that can also be intensified informally, perhaps over a drink, why not.
Wandsbek - is the real world. We deliberately rejected the idea of setting ourselves up in a glass palace with a marble floor in the city centre, which would have gone against our idea of efficiency. We work on two floors of an old leather goods factory in the Hamburg district of Wandsbek. Here you don't get past real life. Which is a real advantage, as you keep your feet on the ground. And can absorb the reality around you to develop ideas that function. You can let your imagination run riot, too, of course, as that naturally also belongs to good creative work. Where we work, a flowering garden in summer and our cosy pavilion with an open fireplace in winter certainly stimulate those flights of fancy.
