What can you expect? A lot of variety. During the program, you’ll have the opportunity to explore different areas. You’ll work with various teams, diverse clients, and across multiple industries, topics, and focus areas. At the start of the program, you don’t need to know exactly what you want to do in the future—you can explore this with us.

That’s what being a trainee or volunteer is all about: discovering your strengths and interests, gaining hands-on experience, and preparing for the working world. Best of all, most of our program graduates enjoy their time here so much that they choose to stay with us.

Consulting Internship

Editorial Internship

Surrounded by inspiring professionals, you'll delve into every aspect of editorial content, including thorough research, format development, and social media management. With the latest advancements in AI, you'll have the chance to be a pioneer, helping shape the future of editorial work—as a consultant, author, format developer, or content editor.

Creative Internship

We believe in the power of great ideas. You too? Then you’re in the right place. In our creative teams, we develop concepts that the world has never seen before, and we bring them to life. Some projects are completed in-house, while others are realized with external partners in film productions or photoshoots. Here, you’ll learn how to bring new ideas to life—whether through campaigns, designs, social media and creator content, presentations, photos, videos, films, websites, and more.

Event Internship

From lectures and parties in Hamburg to road trips through Morocco, anything is possible here. In our event team, we organize a wide range of events: analog, hybrid, and digital. You’ll learn how we create fully connected experiences for our clients, from developing event formats and finding locations to researching speakers and supporting events from start to finish.
