Your development

You will support our PR teams in their daily work. This includes developing topics with your colleagues, documenting media coverage, writing press releases, building distribution lists, and creating clipping reports. You’ll gain valuable insights into our agency work. Additionally, we regularly hold Academies where everyone learns something new. Variety is part of everyday life in an agency. During your time with us, you’ll have the chance to explore different areas: developing ideas, formats, and concepts, working in editorial, social media, strategy, and networking. You’ll meet many inspiring people who will make you a little smarter every day. What topics interest you? Which ones might not? You don’t need to know right now. You’ll have time to figure it out with real projects, for exciting clients, alongside great people.

Your development

In just 18 months, you’ll transform into a confident Communications Consultant. We’ll equip you with a comprehensive understanding of Public Relations, storytelling techniques, digital communication strategies, marketing principles, event management, and even touch upon design and advertising.

During your traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to explore diverse areas: brainstorming ideas and developing innovative formats and concepts, contributing to editorial content, engaging in social media activities, strategizing campaigns, and networking with industry professionals.
