Corporate Affairs Project Manager

Join our Corporate Affairs team in Hamburg or Munich as a Project Manager, with part-time options available!

Your responsibilities

You enjoy a blend of organization, communication, and consulting, and you have a keen interest in current political or policy-related topics. Your tasks will range from planning and executing events and discussion rounds, supporting stakeholder management, and creating client presentations, to media outreach and analyzing political and legislative developments. You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs while also having the opportunity to explore beyond the confines of a large communications agency.

You can work from our Hamburg or Munich locations, and part-time arrangements are welcome—especially for those re-entering the workforce after parental leave.

Requirements

  • (Initial) professional experience in project management and/or organizational tasks, ideally in a policy-related field or a corporate/public affairs department
  • Interest in current political and economic issues, as well as in the analysis of legislative developments
  • Enjoyment in active networking for clients’ political areas of interest
  • Initiative, communication skills, and good time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive and reliable work ethic
