In nur 18 Monaten wirst du bei uns Kommunikationsberater*in. Dabei lernst du alles über Public Relations, dazu eine Menge Storytelling und digitale Kommunikation, sehr viel über Marketing, Events und auch ein bisschen aus dem Bereich Design und Werbung.
Abwechslung ist im Agenturalltag ganz normal. Deswegen kannst du dich während deines Volontariats in verschiedenen Themen ausprobieren: beim Entwickeln von Ideen, Formaten und Konzepten, in der Themenredaktion, im Social Media Bereich, in der Strategie, beim Netzwerken. Du wirst viele spannende Leute kennenlernen, die dich jeden Tag ein bisschen schlauer machen.
Welche Themen liegen dir? Welche vielleicht nicht? Das musst du noch gar nicht so genau wissen. Denn bei uns wirst du Zeit bekommen es herauszufinden. Bei echten Projekten. Für spannende Kunden. Mit großartigen Leuten.
Was du mitbringen solltest
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise aus dem Bereich Kommunikation/Medien/Sprachen
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Neugierde und Offenheit, Neues zu lernen
- Idealerweise erste Praktika in Redaktionen, PR-Agenturen oder Komms-Abteilungen in Unternehmen
- Eine gute Auffassungsgabe
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Your development
In just 18 months, you’ll transform into a confident Communications Consultant. We’ll equip you with a comprehensive understanding of Public Relations, storytelling techniques, digital communication strategies, marketing principles, event management, and even touch upon design and advertising.
Our agency environment thrives on variety. During your traineeship, you’ll have the opportunity to explore diverse areas: brainstorming ideas and developing innovative formats and concepts, contributing to editorial content, engaging in social media activities, strategizing campaigns, and networking with industry professionals. You’ll meet inspiring individuals who will contribute to your growth every step of the way.
You don’t have to have it all figured out yet. We’ll provide you with the space and support to discover your passions and strengths while working on real projects, for exciting clients, alongside a talented team.
What you should bring
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and an open mind
- A completed university degree
- Ideally, prior internships in editorial, agency, or corporate settings
- A willingness to engage in open discussions and share ideas
- Creativity and a desire to experiment
- Strong comprehension skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
