Victorgroup is a leading company in the production of compostable packaging film in the retail business. In 2008, the company launched a real alternative to the traditional plastic bag with its "Biotüte" ("Organic Bag"). FAKTOR 3 was given the task of presenting this exciting product to the public. However, not everyone was impressed by the innovation. In 2012 a conflict erupted with the environmental organisation Deutsche Umwelthilfe, in which FAKTOR 3 supported Victorgroup in all issues related to crisis public relations and continues to do so today.
