Miles per answer - with knowledge to the other side of the world

To awaken the spirit of the helpful Australian in the social web, FAKTOR 3 initialized a Facebook app which is comparable to a frequent flier miles account. Facebook fans of Tourism Australia were asked to answer questions posted by other fans interested in travelling to Australia. Each question and answer was credited to the miles account of the user who posted or answered a question. The user of the account with the most collected miles won a trip to Australia.

The results: more than 10,000 questions were answered surpassing the initial goal by more than 300 %.
